Organically grown foods are better than conventional ones in some respects, but not all of them, according to a new study.
Organic food wrap manufacturers say that the quality of their food is better than conventionally grown, and the quality and freshness of their ingredients is also better.
“It’s a matter of taste and texture,” says Rachel McNeil, a spokesperson for organic food wrap maker Organic Food Products.
“If it’s the same consistency in all the different things, you can taste it in the food, it’s not going to be different.”
Organic Food Products is a small, family-owned business that started in 2013 and has become an organic food industry leader.
It uses a combination of organic ingredients in its wraps, including soy protein, a high quality protein that helps sustain the life of plant life, and organic cane sugar.
Organically grown food wraps have the advantage of a longer shelf life and higher nutritional value, McNeil says, as well as the added benefit of being more environmentally friendly than conventional products.
McNeil says that organic food wraps are also more nutritious than conventional foods, which means they can be eaten fresh, and contain less pesticide.
“If you’re going to go into a grocery store and look at all the food you’re eating, you’re probably going to find it’s more healthy and less harmful to your health,” she says.
“In this way, it feels like a really natural thing.”
Food wraps are a popular choice for people looking to cut out processed foods from their diet.
Organic food wrap manufacturer Organic Food Product says it has grown from a single-family home business to a global company with over 100 stores.
“A lot of people say they don’t want to go to a supermarket,” McNeil tells Business Insider.
“The problem is, if you don’t go to the supermarket, then you’re not going anywhere.”
McNeil and her husband, John, are a single parent couple with three children.
They’re also passionate about food, so they’re trying to do more to make their wraps healthier and more nutritious.
“I really wanted to make organic food and I wanted to do a wrap that tasted like fresh fruit and vegetables, so I made it,” she explains.
John McNeil is a food blogger and author of the book “Organic Taste”.
He says he wanted to take his passion for organic produce and use it to make healthy, tasty food.
He bought organic soy protein for his food wrap.
“We wanted to get it to be 100% organic,” McNeill says.
“Because soy protein is the same as other protein we’re looking for, so if you look at a protein bar, you might find some soy protein on it, but it’s just a little bit more.”
He says he uses the soy protein to help keep his wraps from sticking together.
“That’s a huge help to me in the heat,” he says.
McNeill says the company has also developed a vegan product, “Dusk,” which he says is 100% vegan.
“I’m really looking forward to doing that because I think it’s going to give us a lot more flexibility and give us the ability to make our wraps even healthier and tastier than we normally do,” he adds.
McNellys organic wraps come in two flavours, one with organic cane and one without.
“The organic cane is a bit sweeter, and that’s a bit better, but we’ve also got some other sweeteners in there, too,” McNellies explains.
“We’ve got coconut oil, which is a good source of omega-3s, and we’ve got sunflower seed oil.
I think we’ve added some vitamin C and magnesium, too.”
Organically-grown food wraps make up about 20% of the company’s business.
Organic Food Packaging says its organic product is more than 90% organic, but there are also organic ingredients that the company does not disclose.
The company says it sells its organic products directly to customers, and uses a mix of certified organic ingredients.
“Organic is a really good name, because we’re all about making sure we are providing food that is high in nutrition, that’s high in healthful, that is good for the environment,” McNeils spokesperson says.
Organics wrap manufacturers have been growing steadily over the past few years, but their popularity is increasing.
Organic wraps have become a mainstream product and are now popular in supermarkets and other large retail outlets.
Organic products can also be found in food court and in organic grocery stores, where shoppers can try the wraps for themselves.
Organicity has grown in popularity and now has more than 100 stores in Britain.
The company says its products are sold in more than 80 countries, and more than 10 million customers have used its products.
The study found that organic products taste better than their conventionally-grown counterparts, but the quality was not always equal.
