Organic flower-eating flowers are a favorite in many parts of the world.
They are also a very nutritious food for many people.
And it turns out, it’s not just the food that makes them so popular, it also their natural ingredients.
A recent study published in the British Journal of Nutrition found that a diet rich in organic flower-containing foods is associated with lower rates of diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer.
And there is good evidence that it also helps prevent some of the diseases linked to obesity.
“There is an increasing body of evidence that organic food, particularly flower-based foods, has a positive effect on our health,” says Rachel Wert, a nutritionist at the University of Waterloo.
Wert and her team collected data from over a million people in 10 countries on the health effects of organic flower foods.
“We found that people who ate organic flower meal had a lower prevalence of diabetes and a lower risk of cardiovascular disease, but also had higher levels of HDL cholesterol, lower levels of triglycerides and lower levels that were higher in red blood cells,” she says.
“These are important markers of the immune system.
And so they’re not only associated with reduced risk of diabetes but also the reduction in the risk of type 2 diabetes.”
A healthier diet?
Organic flower food isn’t necessarily healthier than other organic foods.
But it’s an excellent source of nutrients, says Dr. Mary C. Sussman, a nutritional epidemiologist at the Children’s Hospital Boston Medical Center and an author of the study.
“I think the main difference between the flower food that we’re consuming now versus the flower foods that were around 100 years ago is that they were mostly grown in gardens, whereas the plants grown today are in fields,” she explains.
“In addition to the fact that they’re growing in a much larger area, the flowers have to be in flower stage for that flower food to be healthy.”
Organic flowers are also much higher in nutrients than the other flowers that are growing today, so it’s more nutritious,” she adds.”
When it comes to fruits and vegetables, there are more fruits and veggies than ever before.
We’re consuming a lot more vegetables than ever.
“The health benefits of eating organic flowers are not just confined to flower food.”
Organic food isn’ t just about flowersAnd while the benefits of organic foods don’t seem to be limited to flower foods, they could have a lot of other health benefits.””
It has been proven to be good for your cardiovascular health and the heart as well.”
Organic food isn’ t just about flowersAnd while the benefits of organic foods don’t seem to be limited to flower foods, they could have a lot of other health benefits.
“The research shows that it actually has a lot to do with how the plant is grown,” says Sussmann.
“Organic farms tend to be larger, and they’re less pollinated by insects.
That’s a major reason why it is less likely to spread diseases like the diseases that we see today.”
It also helps with air quality and greenhouse gases, which can be good things in a warming world.
“If we’re growing food that’s healthy and produces health benefits, we’re also making more greenhouse gases,” says Wert.
And there are even some natural ingredients in organic flowers that could be beneficial to your health.
“There are many organic foods that are rich in antioxidants,” says Crikey’s Erin M. Collins.
“But they’re often made from products that are chemically processed to produce them.”
Collins points to one of her favorite organic flower products, a fruit made from peaches.
It’s one of many products that Collins recommends for those who are looking for a healthy and delicious alternative to the flower.
The healthiest flower to eatThe study’s findings also highlight the potential benefits of the organic flower industry in Canada.
“A lot of the flowers that we consume now have been grown with chemical fertilizers, pesticides and other toxic chemicals, so they can be very unhealthy,” says Collins.
“So the beauty of organic flowers is that you can choose your own flower, or you can have an organic flower grown with organic fertilizer and pesticide, and you can also choose a certified organic farmer who uses the same technology to grow your flowers.”
Wert agrees, and says that if you choose to grow flowers grown in your own garden, there’s an abundance of options to choose from.
“You can grow flowers in your yard, you can grow them indoors, you have gardens of your own,” she continues.
“Or you can just choose the flowers you want to grow and then grow it in a greenhouse, and that’s where it’s at.”
Organics can be nutritious, tooOrganic produce is usually a lot easier to digest than conventional fruits and greens, says Crenshaw.
“You can get a lot out of organic produce.
It has a higher percentage of protein, it has higher levels in omega-3 fatty acids, it is much higher on calcium and it has very
